Customer relations

3 Suisses is constantly updating and extending its products on its website as well as developing the Espaces Boutiques in the largest French towns.

In its role as a long-distance convenience store, 3 Suisses listens to customers on the telephone, via mail and the Internet when they place orders or ask for information. Depending on the customer's choice of delivery, orders can be sent directly to their door, to another address or to one of the 3,500 Relay Points in France.
